Futures Convention at Dulwich College

Futures Convention at Dulwich College

The College held its annual ‘Futures Convention’ for students in Year 11 and the Upper School in February. We were also delighted to welcome around 100 students and parents from the Southwark Schools' Learning Partnership (SSLP). Across the College over 50 exhibitors came to talk to pupils about options for their futures. Delegates representing UK and overseas Higher Education Institutions, work experience and gap year programmes, as well as companies and industries spoke to students throughout the morning.

A considerable number of our former pupils (Old Alleynians) from fields including Law, Engineering, Medicine, Finance and the Civil Service, as well as current Oxford and Cambridge students returned to the College for the event and gave generously of their time and experience.

A full seminar programme tackled topics such as university admissions, work experience and Oxbridge applications. A huge thank you to all of the exhibitors, student volunteers and alumni who kindly gave up their Saturday morning to support this event.

A group of people gathered around a table in a grand, ornate interior setting, with a banner promoting an event or organization visible in the background.
