Fellows of Dulwich College
Fellowship of Dulwich College was introduced in 2003. It is an honour bestowed by the governing body on the recommendation of the Chair of Governors or the Master to individuals - alumni, staff and benefactors - who have given outstanding service to the College.
Terry Walsh (1929-2019), former Deputy Master, was the first Fellow and during his lifetime was occasionally referred to as "the Senior Fellow".
Our most recent Fellows, awarded in November 2021 are Sir Peter Riddell CBE (OA 1959-1966) who served as Chair of the Board of Governors of Dulwich College between 2015 and 2020. Alongside Sir Peter, Mr James D P Kendall (OA 1959-1967) was awarded Fellowship for over 40 years dedicate service as Treasurer of the Old Alleynian Association (Formerly known as the Alleyn Club until 2022).Fellows receive a certificate bearing the seal of Edward Alleyn’s ring and their names are displayed in the Barry Buildings.
