U10 Cricketers Triumph at the Annual DC8 Cricket Tournament 

Dulwich College recently hosted the annual DC8 cricket tournament, with 8 teams competing, hoping to be crowned the eventual winners.  

The morning session saw teams placed into two groups, with each team playing 3 fixtures as they hoped to secure a spot in the highly anticipated final later in the day. The Dulwich College team performed exceptionally throughout the morning, showcasing brilliant teamwork, as well as numerous stand out performances with the bat, the ball and in the field, with a special mention to Monty M for his performances throughout the competition. Much to their delight, the boys ended up topping their group and securing their place in the much-anticipated final. 

After a tense final, and some more brilliant performance across the team, Dulwich College ended up being crowned winners! Well done boys!

The day then ended with some much needed and deserved lunch, as well as a short presentation.

The event was a great success for all participating schools, with some fantastic cricket on display throughout, and we look forward to hosting them again for block fixtures later this term.
