Dulwich College hosts T1 Rugby Festival

Dulwich College recently welcomed local state schools to our grounds for a State T1 Rugby Festival. T1 Rugby, developed by the Rugby Football Union (RFU), is designed to introduce the sport to pupils from schools that do not traditionally play rugby, offering an accessible and inclusive way to experience it. 

It was fantastic to see so many pupils taking part, enjoying the competition and developing their skills in a positive and welcoming environment. The festival created a lively atmosphere on the pitches, with a strong sense of teamwork and sportsmanship throughout the afternoon. 

We would like to thank the Rugby Football Union (RFU) for organising the festival and for selecting Dulwich College as the host venue for this excellent initiative. The event highlights the important role sport can play in bringing young people together and supporting engagement across the local community.
