The Junior School is based on the main Dulwich College campus in a modern, purpose-built building designed for pupils aged 7 to 11.

In addition to their own dedicated spaces, Junior School boys benefit from the College’s wider, world-class facilities.

The Junior School has its own facilities designed to support ambitious, hands-on learning.

  • Large Art and DT rooms for creative, practical projects
  • A dedicated Junior School science lab in the new Laboratory building for all Junior School pupils

  • A modern Sports Centre with a 25m swimming pool
  • Five dedicated playgrounds for outdoor play and social time

A Home for the Arts

Music, drama, and performance are central to life in the Junior School.

Creative Arts provision includes:

  • Music lessons in the College’s Music School
  • Drama productions staged in venues such as the Edward Alleyn Theatre
  • Regular performances, assemblies, concerts and visiting theatre groups in the Junior School hall
