Teacher Training

Dulwich College is a teacher training hub, working with NML, NMAP and the University of Roehampton. In 2025-26, we are training nearly 50 teachers in London and the Southeast.

Our Providers

Qualifications and Destinations

At the end of the one-year course, all trainees receive Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a PGCE.

Over the past 7 years, we have trained over 200 new teachers, the vast majority of whom are still working in local state and independent schools.

How to Apply

Applications for our teacher training programmes open mid-October each year via the Department for Education Apply website. Links for each course below.

Funding

Trainees are eligible for the normal bursaries and scholarships for each subject. Information on funding is available on the Get Into Teaching website.

Join us as mentors

New state and independent schools across London and surrounding counties are welcome to join the hub for any of the subjects we offer.
