Welcome to the Admissions section of our website where you will find information about the process of applying for a place to join Dulwich College.

Our Admissions team are currently working remotely as the College is closed apart from teaching provision for children of key workers - please email them with any questions and provide a contact number and they will call you back or email as soon as possible.

Alternatively, please explore our website by selecting the entry point of interest to you for further information about visiting DUCKS, the Junior School or the Senior School, registering your son (or daughter for DUCKS), Bursaries, Scholarships, Boarding and entrance assessments.

DUCKS, our co-educational Kindergarten and Infants’ School, admits boys and girls from six months.

The Junior School welcomes boys from the age of 7 (Year 3).

In the Senior School each year around 70 boys join the College in Year 7 and another 85 join in Year 9. We welcome applications from boys from any educational background. Those who join in Year 7 generally are from primary schools or prep schools which end at Year 6. Boys who join in Year 9 largely join us from prep schools which end at Year 8, and a few join from secondary schools.

Our other main entry point is from age 16 (Year 12). Each year, around 40 new boys enter the Upper School. Most are international boarders who join boys moving up from Year 11, making a year group of around 230 pupils. A small number of day boys also join us and these applications are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Boarding at Dulwich - in addition to day places, full, weekly and occasional boarding places are available from Year 7. This is a vibrant community of 140 boys from over 20 different countries.
