Welcome to Dulwich College: Sunday 24 March
A warm welcome awaited the 566 DCI Olympians and 80 staff on arrival at the College, with campus tours, exhibitions and a fantastic tug of war.
Opening Ceremony: Monday 25 March
The Olympic torch passed from Beijing to London at the official opening of the Dulwich Olympiad 2019 by Dr Joe Spence, The Master, and Fraser White, Chairman of Dulwich College International.
Athletics and the Globe: Tuesday 26 March
A busy day for Olympians with a day of athletics at the Olympic Park, drama rehearsals, and a visit to the Globe Theatre.
Sport, Art and QEH Concert: Wednesday 27 March
Football and badminton competitions and creative workshops took place at the College, as well as an evening music concert held at Southbank Centre’s Queen Elizabeth Hall.
Olympic Park and Faustus at the QEH: Thursday 28 March
A day of swimming and basketball at the Olympic Park, music pop ups at the College, and an evening performance of Faustus at Southbank Centre’s Queen Elizabeth Hall.
Closing Ceremony: Friday 29 March
At the closing ceremony in the Great Hall, Spirit of Dulwich awards were given to those Olympians who had shown resilience, friendship, integrity and respect.
