Nigel Farage (74-82) returned to Dulwich on Thursday 9 February in order to address a sell-out meeting of the College's Politics Society. Mr Farage, who is leader of the UK Independence Party (UKIP), captivated the audience of more than 150 boys, staff and girls from James Allen’s Girls’ School. He spoke on the future of the European Union and encouraged a keen debate on issues ranging from Iran's nuclear programme to the future of far-right political movements in Mediterranean Europe. A wonderful evening was had by all, with Mr Farage noting that the boys were, as ever, on ‘fine form’.
