The annual U11 rugby tour took place over half term with 14 boys from Year 6 heading down to Bristol along with Mr Quilter and Mr Goodrich. The three day tour was a great success and thoroughly enjoyed by all. The boys played in two matches, narrowly losing to Bristol Grammar School 14 – 12 and then beating All Hallows School 28 – 12. Both matches were highly competitive and played in a great spirit. We were warmly welcomed by both schools and enjoyed getting to know the opposition players over post match teas. The tour party also squeezed in a fantastic trip to the Bristol Aquarium, a trip to the Imax to see a 3-D film on sharks, some ten pin bowling and a dinner at TGI Fridays. Overall, the boys had a great time and were a pleasure to take away.
