    The Junior School Chess Squad secured first place in an inter-school chess tournament on Sunday 29 January. It was the regional eliminator for a national tournament, to be held in Camber Sands in the summer.

  • U13 Surrey Hockey Selection

    Congratulations go to Ethan Staunton (6RS) who has been selected for the U13 Surrey Hockey squad. Ethan was selected from a large group of boys invited to a hockey camp after an initial trial. This is a particularly remarkable achievement given that he was trialled alongside boys two years above him.

  • Year 6 Imperial War Museum Visit

    As part of their History studies into the Second World War, Year 6 visited the Imperial War Museum yesterday. As well as viewing the huge number of artefacts in the WWII gallery the boys were able to get up close to tanks, guns and other vehicles used in war throughout the ages.

    The annual U11 rugby tour took place over half term with 14 boys from Year 6 heading down to Bristol along with Mr Quilter and Mr Goodrich. The three day tour was a great success and thoroughly enjoyed by all.

    On Wednesday, 12 October the Year 3 boys came to school dressed as Athenian citizens. The boys pretended it was the year 490BC and that they were in the agora in Athens awaiting the news of the progression of the Persian army.
