Friends, Old Alleynians and ex-colleagues will be saddened to hear
that Dr Steve Hoyle passed away in the early hours of Tuesday morning.
His last days were spent in St Christopher’s Hospice and he was
surrounded by family when he died peacefully.
The funeral will take place on Friday 18 May at 2.15pm. The service will be held at Beckenham Crematorium.
The Memorial service for Steve Hoyle will take place on Thursday 28 June at 3pm in the College Chapel, with refreshments back at the College afterwards
The Memorial will celebrate Steve’s life, and the important role he had at DC. Colleagues, boys and OAs will want to honour all that he gave, and the friend he was to many. There are a number of people who have been invited to contribute to the service, and we will be liaising with the family in due course, to make it a very special occasion.
