Following an extensive selection process, David Young and Ho Ting Chan have been chosen to play with the National Youth Orchestra of Great Britain. David will be playing in the first violins and Ho Ting in the bassoon section. It is a huge achievement to be selected for this orchestra and both boys deserve many congratulations. Over the year they will be taking part in intensive courses in the holidays and performing in prestigious venues across the country, including Liverpool Philharmonic Hall, the Royal Festival Hall and the Barbican Hall, culminating in a televised performance from the Royal Albert Hall in next year’s series of BBC Prom concerts
