The tenth, annual Sports Dinner took place last Friday to raise funds for the many sports tours that depart from the College each year. This year’s event saw 250 guests assemble in the Great Hall to enjoy a superb dinner and a highly entertaining speech given to us by Will Greenwood MBE. The majority of funds were raised through an auction and this year the whole evening will have raised over £20,000. This year’s beneficiaries include boys from Year 6 upwards and this year the sports represented will be swimming, cricket and rugby. It was once again an excellent event which has now established itself as a highlight in the College’s social calendar.
