Osteopathy

Osteopathy is a primary health-care system, complementary to other medical practices. It is suitable for almost anyone and can contribute to the treatment and management of a wide range of conditions. Osteopaths primarily work through the neuro-musculo-skeletal system, mostly on muscles and joints, using a holistic and patient-centered approach. Techniques vary from soft tissue and stretching to joint articulation and gentle mobilisation.

Osteopaths treat a wide range of conditions such as back pain, neck and arm pain, sciatica, trapped nerves, whiplash, repetitive strain injuries, sports injuries, stress and tension headaches, sinus pains, jaw problems, asthma, problems during pregnancy and degenerative conditions e.g. Osteoarthritis.

Paul Johnson studied at the British School of Osteopathy attaining a Masters degree (MOst) and has studied Cranial Osteopathy as a post-graduate.
