Centre
For guaranteed sole usage of the Centre a minimum of 20 beds must be booked. Groups who book less than this do so on the understanding that the centre may be used by other groups. Groups of less than 20 can pay a top up fee to ensure sole usage of Centre.
For groups who are using the Centre as a backup (e.g. Duke of Edinburgh Award groups) there is a holding charge of £150 per night. If any of the group members use the centre during this holding period, the minimum charge for the night will be £150.
A non refundable deposit of £100, will secure any provisional booking. Until we confirm receipt of this deposit we reserve the right to book other groups in over the provisional booking date.
Outdoor Centre Staff reserve the right to access the Centre at any time during your stay
Catering
Catering may not always be available, and is subject to the chef’s availability.
A minimum number of 20 people per day are required for catering to be provided.
