The Dr Richard Penny Medical Centre is a purpose built facility providing professional nursing care during the school day for all boys at the College. Equipped to deal with sickness and physical injury, it is supported by the College Medical Officer, Dr Rosemary Leonard, who is a partner in a local group practice.
The Medical Centre has an in-patient facility and 24-hour nursing cover to care for boarders. Day boys who are taken ill at school will be cared for until they are fit enough to return to class or arrangements are made for them to be collected and taken home.
A confidential counselling service is offered to all boys, available at the following times:
Monday 8.00am - 4.30pm
Tuesday 8.00am - 3.30pm
Wednesday 8.00am - 3.30pm
