The College is a Christian foundation which values the fact that its pupils are drawn from a wide variety of faiths. An atmosphere of tolerance and respect within such a richly diverse community is encouraged by the provision of regular meetings and worship with all the main faiths represented. Each of the four Schools has its own programme of regular assemblies. Every boy has a form tutor who takes his personal well-being as seriously as he takes his academic success.
Good pastoral care is at the heart of everything the College does and the excellent relationships which boys forge with each other and which exist between the staff and the pupils have been commented upon favourably in successive reports on boys’ welfare.
The Code of Conduct which operates throughout the College was drawn up by senior staff working with the boys and everyone in the community takes ownership of it.
