Chapel Choir

The Chapel Choir was re-formed in 1998 with the intention of honouring the Founder’s wish to create a choral foundation at Dulwich modelled upon that of the Chapels Royal and Westminster Abbey. The original choir, formed in 1626, was a casualty of the 1870 ADect of Parliament which re-ordered the statutes of the College when it moved from its original site in to the splendid new Barry buildings on Dulwich Common.
The Chapel Choir sings 15 fully choral services each year in the College chapel and also on other special occasions. In addition the choir undertakes cathedral visits and tours abroad.
